Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any online course, merchandise or other services you purchased from us, please contact us for a refund or exchange.

Refunds for Online Courses

You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase.

Returns - Refunds for Merchandise

You may return it within 30 days of shipment for a refund or a replacement (subject to product availability).

The returned item must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by us.

Cancellations

You may cancel or revise your order if we are contacted before your order has been shipped.

  • Order number
  • Name of the course or merchandise you purchased
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number

Return Shipping

Please us UPS ground. We will reimburse you for your shipping costs if the you are returning merchandise that was incorrectly shipped, damaged or defective. You will be required to pay for shipping returns for other reasons.
